E-Sign Consent & Electronic Communications

1. Overview

By submitting a lead request form, signing up as a contractor advertiser, or otherwise using StormRoofQuotes.com (the "Site"), you may receive certain communications, disclosures, notices, agreements, and other documents ("Communications") from Franklyns Bay LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") electronically rather than in paper form.

This E-Sign Consent Agreement explains your rights and our obligations regarding electronic Communications under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., and applicable state electronic signature laws.

In this Agreement, "you" and "your" means the person providing consent — whether a homeowner submitting a lead request or a roofing contractor registering as an advertiser. "Communications" means every disclosure, notice, record, document, agreement, or other information we provide to you, or that you sign, submit, or agree to, in connection with your use of this Site or our services.

2. Your Consent to Electronic Communications

By using this Site, submitting a lead request form, or clicking any "Submit," "Get Quotes," "I Agree," or similar button, you affirmatively consent and agree to:

• Receive all Communications from us electronically, including by email, by posting on this Site, or through other electronic means
• The use of electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with your use of this Site and our services
• The fact that your electronic signature — including clicking a button, checking a box, or typing your name — has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten ink signature
• Receive any legally required disclosures electronically rather than in paper form

You confirm that: (a) you have reviewed this Consent Agreement; (b) you have the hardware and software described in Section 4 below; (c) you can receive and review electronic records; and (d) you have an active email account and have provided us with the correct address.

3. Scope of Consent

Your consent to receive Communications electronically applies to all Communications related to:

• Your lead request submission and any follow-up communications
• Our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this E-Sign Consent Agreement
• Our Contractor Advertiser Agreement and any related billing or account documents
• Any legally required notices, disclosures, or acknowledgments
• Communications from roofing contractors or Service Providers who receive your lead
• Any updates or changes to our policies or agreements
• Any other Communications in connection with your use of this Site or our services

Your consent applies to all interactions with us including those conducted via desktop, mobile device, email, or telephone.

4. Hardware & Software Requirements

To access and retain Communications electronically, you will need:

• Internet access through a current, compatible browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) with at least 128-bit encryption
• An active, working email account with the correct address provided to us
• Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent PDF viewer (free download at adobe.com)
• Ability to print or save Communications for your records
• Sufficient storage on your device to retain copies of Communications
• If you use a spam filter, please add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email address book to ensure delivery

5. Requesting Paper Copies

You have the right to receive a paper copy of any Communication at no charge to you. To request a paper copy, contact us at:

Please identify which Communication you are requesting and provide your name and mailing address. We will provide the paper copy within a reasonable time at no charge.

6. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line "Withdraw E-Sign Consent." Your withdrawal will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it.

Please be aware that withdrawing your consent may affect your ability to use certain features of this Site or to receive timely information about your lead request or contractor account. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal validity of any electronic Communications or signatures provided before the withdrawal.

7. Updating Your Contact Information

We cannot communicate with you electronically unless your contact information is current and correct. If your email address or other contact information changes, you must notify us promptly at [email protected]. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in your missing important Communications.

8. Legal Effect of Electronic Signatures & Clickwrap Agreements

Under the federal E-SIGN Act, electronic signatures and electronic records are legally valid and enforceable to the same extent as handwritten signatures and paper documents, provided the signer has consented to conduct the transaction electronically. By using this Site, you have provided that consent.

We may always, in our sole discretion, provide you with any Communication in paper form or by mail, even if you have consented to electronic delivery. We may also require certain documents to be delivered to us in writing.

9. Record Retention

You should print or save a copy of all electronic Communications we provide to you for your own records, including this Consent Agreement, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Contractor Advertiser Agreement. We recommend saving these to a folder on your computer or printing them for future reference. We are not responsible for your failure to retain copies of Communications.
