StormRoofQuotes does not perform roofing work, inspections, or repairs, and is not a licensed contractor. Any roofing services are provided solely by independent third-party contractors. We do not employ, control, supervise, endorse, guarantee, or warrant any contractor or their work, pricing, licensing, or insurance. Any contract you enter into is strictly between you and the contractor. We strongly encourage you to verify any contractor's license at MyFloridaLicense.com (or your state's equivalent), confirm insurance, and review all agreements before signing. We are not affiliated with any insurance company and do not provide insurance, legal, or financial advice.
By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you authorize StormRoofQuotes and the roofing contractors and partners we refer you to to contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text message. You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of (or authorized decision-maker for) the property you submit. By using the Site you represent that this is true.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Franklyns Bay LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any contractor referral will meet your expectations. Pricing ranges and other information on the Site are general estimates for informational purposes only and are not quotes or guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Franklyns Bay LLC, StormRoofQuotes, and their owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising out of work performed (or not performed) by any contractor, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Franklyns Bay LLC, StormRoofQuotes, and their owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any contractor.
The Site may contain links to or referrals to third parties, including roofing contractors and affiliate partners. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or conduct of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Citrus County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent any dispute is subject to arbitration, you and we agree it will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive any right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
