Active state contractor license
You must hold a current, active roofing or general contractor license in every state where you want to receive leads. We verify this before activating your account.
General liability insurance
Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence. Certificate of insurance required. This protects homeowners and keeps you off our do-not-send list.
Workers' compensation coverage
Required if you have employees. Sole proprietors with no employees must confirm in writing. No exceptions for coastal states.
Storm damage roofing experience
You specialize in storm damage — insurance scope work, wind and hail repairs, emergency tarping, or full replacements after major weather events.
Commit to 24–48 hour response
When we send you a lead, homeowners expect to hear from someone within 24–48 hours. If you can't maintain that, this program isn't the right fit.
📋 Storm chasers not accepted
We do not accept out-of-state contractors operating temporarily after storm events without a valid local license. Every contractor in our network must maintain a permanent, active license in the state where they receive leads.
