How It Works

Simple. No surprises.

You apply, we review your license and coverage, and when homeowners in your service area request inspections we send them your way. You only pay when you receive a lead.

1

Apply below — takes 5 minutes

Tell us your service area, license number, and what types of storm work you do. We review every application for active licensure and insurance.

2

We verify your credentials

We check your state contractor license is active and confirm you carry liability and workers' comp. This protects homeowners — and it protects you from complaints.

3

Homeowners request inspections in your area

When a homeowner in your service area submits a request, we send you their contact info, address, and damage description within 24–48 hours.

4

You call, inspect, and close the job

The lead is yours. We don't charge commissions, take a cut of the job, or interfere with your relationship with the homeowner.

5

Pay only for leads received

No monthly fee. No subscription. You're billed per lead delivered to you — we'll confirm pricing during your application review before anything goes live.

2026 Market Conditions

Demand is outpacing licensed contractor supply on the coast

The National Roofing Contractors Association reports construction job openings are rising while hiring remains difficult — a gap that's widest in coastal storm markets. Homeowners in your service area are waiting longer than ever for licensed contractors after storm events. A steady lead pipeline from StormRoofQuotes means you spend less time hunting for work and more time closing jobs.

Why Join

Built for storm season. Ready year-round.

🌊

Storm-intent homeowners only

Every lead on this site is a coastal homeowner who just searched for storm damage roofing help. High intent. No tire-kickers.

📍

Your service area, your leads

You define the counties you serve. Leads outside your area go to other contractors. No wasted calls on jobs you can't get to.

💰

No monthly fees, ever

You don't pay to be listed. You don't pay a subscription. You pay only when we send you a lead — and only for the leads you receive.

Same-day emergency flags

Homeowners with active leaks or urgent damage can flag their request. You'll know before you call whether it's an emergency job.

📋

Pre-qualified homeowners

Every lead includes name, phone, email, full address, and a description of the damage. You know what you're walking into before you pick up the phone.

🗺️

13 Gulf & Atlantic states

FL, TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, VA, MD, DE, NJ, NY. If you operate in multiple coastal states, you can cover all of them with one account.

Requirements

Who we accept

We set a high bar — because homeowners trust this site to send them legitimate contractors. If you meet these requirements, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Active state contractor license

You must hold a current, active roofing or general contractor license in every state where you want to receive leads. We verify this before activating your account.

🛡️

General liability insurance

Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence. Certificate of insurance required. This protects homeowners and keeps you off our do-not-send list.

👷

Workers' compensation coverage

Required if you have employees. Sole proprietors with no employees must confirm in writing. No exceptions for coastal states.

🔨

Storm damage roofing experience

You specialize in storm damage — insurance scope work, wind and hail repairs, emergency tarping, or full replacements after major weather events.

📞

Commit to 24–48 hour response

When we send you a lead, homeowners expect to hear from someone within 24–48 hours. If you can't maintain that, this program isn't the right fit.

📋 Storm chasers not accepted

We do not accept out-of-state contractors operating temporarily after storm events without a valid local license. Every contractor in our network must maintain a permanent, active license in the state where they receive leads.

Common Questions

Contractor FAQ

How much does each lead cost?
Lead pricing is set during your application review and depends on your market area and the volume you want. We'll confirm the per-lead rate with you before your account goes live — no surprises. There are no monthly minimums and no subscription fees.
How many contractors share each lead?
Homeowners on this site choose how many contractors they want to hear from — 1, 2, or 3. Most choose up to 3 for comparison. If a homeowner requests only 1 contractor and you're the best match for their county, you get an exclusive lead. We don't oversaturate — we'd rather send fewer leads that convert than flood you with junk.
What information do I get with each lead?
Every lead includes the homeowner's full name, phone number, email address, complete property address, what's going on with their roof (storm damage type, active leak, insurance claim help, etc.), and whether they flagged it as an emergency requiring a same-day callback. You'll know everything you need before you make the first call.
Do I need to offer free inspections?
Yes. This site is built around the promise of a free, no-obligation inspection for homeowners. When you receive a lead, the homeowner expects a free initial inspection. What happens after that — scope, pricing, the job — is entirely between you and the homeowner.
What if I get a lead outside my service area?
That shouldn't happen — you define your coverage counties during onboarding. If something slips through, contact us and we'll make it right. You won't be charged for leads you can't service.
How do I update my service area or pause my account?
Email us at [email protected] any time. We can add or remove counties, pause your account during off-season or at capacity, or close your account entirely. No cancellation fees, no runaround.
